Product was delivered in a timely manner, quality in product and packaging seems very good. I had several questions as I configured my system and customer support was great. Once purchased, I self installed very easily, application is user friendly and easy to understand. I had no problems with a sizeable home install of Iota Hub, 20 window/door sensors, two cameras, glass break sensors and smoke alarm. I am self monitoring my system and the free functionality of the application is sufficient for me. That said some of the other application functionality available through the monthly paid plans are intriguing and I may consider one of their plans in the future. I would be confident in recommending Abode to friends and family. Thanks Abode for a solid product and great customer support.
